Return eligibility
Unopened 250ml products may be returned within the return window when accompanied by verified proof of purchase. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging and in resaleable condition.
Reporting damaged or missing shipments
If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact support on arrival with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and products. Report the issue promptly so the claim can be reviewed.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment after the returned item is received and inspected. Reimbursement timelines depend on your payment provider and banking institution.
