Dispatch, tracking, and packaging
Orders are prepared and dispatched by domestic courier. Each shipment is tracked from fulfillment, and every 250ml formula is packed to keep liquid products intact in transit.
Dispatch and handling
Orders are processed and dispatched within a stated handling window after payment is confirmed. Dispatch parameters, carrier selection, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.
Shipments travel by domestic courier from our Cheyenne, Wyoming base. Carrier handling details are provided with each tracking update.
Tracking and damage claims
Real-time tracking is issued as soon as your order is fulfilled. If a shipment arrives damaged, contact support with your order number and photographs of the packaging within the period stated in our Returns and Refunds policy.
Liquid formulations are sealed and cushioned to arrive intact and secure.
