Agreement to Our Legal Terms

We are Ahrivia LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, located at 810 Pony Express Rd, Cheyenne, WY 82007, USA (EIN: 35-2964101).

We operate the e-commerce website theahrialab.com (the “Site”), offering premium hair care formulations and related products (collectively, the “Services”). You can contact us by email at support@theahrialab.com or by mail to our registered business address above.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Ahrivia LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.

If you do not agree with all of these Legal Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and you must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time. The Services are intended solely for users who are at least 18 years of age.

1. Our Services & Geographic Restrictions

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.

Geographic Scope: Ahrivia LLC specializes in international B2C sales serving European Union nations and selected worldwide destinations. Ahrivia LLC does not offer, sell, or deliver products to addresses located within the United States of America.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”).

Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights worldwide. Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration and checkout information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary.
  • You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms.
  • You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

4. User Registration & Accounts

You may be required to register an account with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate or objectionable.

5. Products & Cosmetic Use Disclaimer

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, or details will be entirely accurate, complete, reliable, or free of other errors on your electronic display.

Cosmetic Guidance: Our products are designed for external topical hair application. Users should follow all application instructions provided on the packaging. It is recommended to perform a patch test prior to initial use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason.

6. Purchases, Pricing & Payment Terms

We accept card payments made with Visa and Mastercard only.

Currency: All transactions, store prices, and checkout balances are denominated and charged in United States Dollars (USD). If your payment account operates in a different currency, your card issuer or bank may apply foreign exchange rates and international conversion fees.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed through the Site at our sole discretion.

7. Return & Refund Policy Summary

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible purchases, exceeding the mandatory 14-day statutory right of withdrawal in the European Union. Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging due to health and cosmetic hygiene protection standards.

8. Complaints & Defective Goods

If you receive a package that is damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items:

  • Contact support@theahrialab.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damaged goods or packaging.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. You agree not to:

  • Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile a collection, database, or directory without written permission.
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users.
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
  • Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm us and/or the Services.
  • Use information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations.

The Services may provide you with the opportunity to post reviews, comments, feedback, or submit suggestions (“Contributions”). Any Contributions you transmit to us shall be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

11. Contribution License

By submitting feedback or reviews, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, use, copy, reproduce, publish, disclose, and distribute such Contributions for any lawful business purpose.

12. Services Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms, take appropriate legal action, restrict or disable Contributions, and manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and facilitate proper functioning.

Our infrastructure operates internationally. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other technical issues resulting in service interruptions, delays, or errors.

16. Governing Law

These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

EU Consumer Protection Rights: If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, nothing in these Legal Terms shall deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

17. Dispute Resolution

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (“Dispute”), you and Ahrivia LLC agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration or formal litigation. Informal negotiations commence upon written notice sent to support@theahrialab.com.

18. Corrections

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information at any time, without prior notice.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

20. Limitations of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the Services.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Legal Terms.

22. User Data

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. You are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services.

Visiting the Site, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

24. Shipping Policy & Customs

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery to destinations within the European Union is 4–8 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Delivery

We ship to selected international destinations. Availability, delivery options, and costs are shown at checkout where applicable. We do not offer, sell, or deliver products to addresses located within the United States of America.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the United States, the customer is the Importer of Record and is responsible for ensuring that the products can be legally imported into the destination country.

Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delays and Delivery Issues

Ahrivia LLC does not control customs processing times or carrier operations and cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. If an order is delayed, held by customs, refused, or returned because of unpaid import charges or an incorrect delivery address, additional costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

25. Miscellaneous

If any provision or part of a provision is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part is deemed severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
